Each day, I have to make sure that our customer service meets and even surpasses our clients' needs. The challenge is daily, but thanks to the trust I have been given. I always enjoy my work, I enjoy making each client happy and finding a personalized solution for each one.
The numerous exchanges between the different departments, such as attending conferences or seminars, allow us to learn something new each day. I travel mainly to the United States to represent the new collections, but also to our offices in France to train and restructure the customer service department.
